Albion Pub & Restaurant Block Island

The Albion Pub is open year round. This family owned pub and restaurant has 2 bars, indoor dining and a patio for outdoor dining.

Located on Ocean Avenue right next to Captain Nick's and across from the Block Island grocery, open for lunch, dinner and late night food.

This community haunt was voted "Best Locals Bar" by Rhode Island Monthly. It is the place to catch the game or play a game.

Live entertainment can be enjoyed all summer on the patio in the afternoons and early evenings. After dinner, the indoor bar turns into a place to hear a live band, an alternative to the sometimes packed rooms at the other nightclubs.

Relax on the patio on a lazy afternoon with live entertainment. Rock out to the house band the 007's every Thursday night. When the season winds down, this friendly pub is just winding up! The annual chili cook Off, dart tournaments, high low jack, cribbage, pool tournaments, Sunday football on the big screen, guest bartenders and chefs, Wii tournaments, just to name a few of the activities.

February is groundhog day and the annual informal census. All Block Island residents are counted. You may be included in the census if you are visiting! The groundhog day census is very close to the real census. It's also a ton of fun! If you want to feel like a local, catch the local gossip, talk shop or pet the local dogs, this is the place to be! Island regulars gather here to trade stories, get a bite to eat, play a game or check out the local entertainment.

Don't be surprised if you show up in the middle of a birthday party, fundraiser for a local charity, or some other community oriented event. All are always welcome, even the first time visitor can be a "local" at the Albion!
