Charter Fishing

Fishing for striped bass is a popular sport on this island. The charter fleet dock at Old Harbor near Ballard's Inn. Of the busiest boat captains is Captain Matt of Hula Charters. Just look for the crowd of people hovering around his daily catch and you'll find him filleting up his customer's dinner. The Hula Girl does sunset cruises and can take a family out for a short bottom fishing trip. The kids will get to experience catching fish as the fluke are always around.

Ruling Passion is a catamaran for charter. The Puckett family have been taking people sailing forever. They can accommodate up to 29 passengers for sunset cruises or around the island cruises. Banana Boat & Parasail

What's a banana boat ride like? This big yellow inflatable raft with handles takes up to ten or so passengers. Towed by a speedboat, you soon find yourself jumping the wake and waves, laughing and falling into the water. Fun in the Pond
